Extruded Rubber

Extruded Rubber ProfilesOneMonroe is an industry leader in the manufacturing of extruded rubber profiles and tubing. Extruded rubber parts are created by forcing raw materials through an extrusion machine and shaping them using a die to produce the desired cross-sectional profile.

At OneMonroe, we have the capability to extrude a wide variety of shapes, including U channels, P strips, solid and hollow D profiles, as well as customized shapes. We have extensive experience working with both dense and sponge materials, as well as a diverse range of natural and synthetic products. This includes flame-retardant, food-safe, and high-temperature compounds, which are tailored to meet your specific needs. Our team commonly works with silicone, nitrile, EDPM, SBR, Neoprene, and more. We take pride in our extensive experience in producing extruded rubber parts. Our expertise includes certifying the materials we use within the confines of each specification, while also ensuring that all necessary quality reports are met and overseen.
